Their records — session minutes, commission reports, and approved resolutions — are the legislative branch's own account of executive performance.

DR2028 analysis
DR2028 tracks oversight actions that corroborate our reform cases — particularly interpellations and investigations touching procurement, public safety, and emergency response. Where an oversight finding supports a decree, we cite the chamber, the session, and the resolution so it can be checked.
